Shipment
At Your Belt, we only make the belt once you have pressed the order button. This ensures that you receive a truly unique product, where it is also possible to have your initials put in gold. The delivery of Your Belt therefore takes a little longer, but it is a gift that you definitely want to wait for.
Delivery time
When you order Your Belt, the belt will be delivered to your home within 2-3 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation that your order is on its way. Delivery time may vary, but we do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. If your order takes longer, we will notify you.
Track & Trace code
Your Belt will be delivered to your home within 2-3 working days. You will receive the DPD tracking number from us to track your order. Make sure your shipping address is correct! We cannot make changes when your order has been shipped. Orders returned by the delivery service due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at your own expense.
Shipping to Belgium and Germany
Free shipping above €50 only applies for the Netherlands. Additional costs will be charged for shipping to Belgium and Germany:

Do you live outside the Benelux and would you like to order Your Belt? Please contact us so that we can discuss the possibilities. Please note that for all international orders you are responsible for paying any taxes, fees or duties associated with customs.
Returns
Which items can be returned?
Too bad Your Belt does not suit you! You can return Your Belt up to 14 days after receiving your order. We only accept returns of unused and unworn belts (with original packaging intact, label tag still attached to belt and authenticity card) up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the returned Your Belt. If you have chosen gold initials in the belt and would like to return your belt, scroll down 'gold initials in the belt' for more information.
Returns (cancellation)
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with Your Belt, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will email you the return instructions, which clearly explain how to process the return. Once the goods have been returned to us according to the instructions provided (in original and unused condition and packaging), we will make a full refund for the returned products. The associated shipping costs or fees are non-refundable.
Returns (change to another product)
To change the product to another item, we ask you to return your product and place a new order on www.yourbelt.nl with the item(s) you want to change to. Send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. We will email you return instructions clearly explaining how to process the return. Once the goods have been returned to us according to the instructions provided (in original and unused condition with packaging, attached label tag and authenticity card present), we will fully refund you the value of the straps. The associated shipping costs or fees are non-refundable.
Replacement
Despite the great care we take in processing your order, it is possible that you receive the wrong product. We are sorry! In such cases, you must contact Your Belt within 14 days of receipt. You can do this via email or our social media channels. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
Irregularities may occur due to the nature of the handcraft of our products. This makes every Your Belt product unique.
Gold initials in your belt
You can have your initials placed on the inside of the red inside for free. You can indicate this with your order. Keep in mind that when you choose initials, the belt will be made to measure. Tailor-made products are specially made to your wishes, based on the specification you specify. It is therefore not possible to exchange or return it. Unless a product is not delivered according to order (wrong color/model). The sale of this is final after successful payment.
